We help underrepresented students find their dream jobs in the sporting industry, while helping employers in sourcing talent, recruitment, coaching, training, mentorship, networking, and overall workforce development. We also offer a suite of asynchronous eCourses that simultaneously benefit employers by allowing them to quickly find and onboard great candidates--while also helping great candidates (i.e., students) to be hired.
