We deliver a uniquely integrated education in sport business
On January 21, 2023, a man by the name of Kyle Ellington passed away. He was a highly-respected
sport professional, most recently serving as the Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for Major
League Baseball’s Oakland Athletics team. Before that position, he was the Director of Human Resources,
Diversity, and Inclusion for the National Basketball Association’s Sacramento Kings. Kyle was a champion for
the power of inclusion, personal connection, and initiatives to create employment equity for underrepresented
groups of people—and our mission is rooted in continuing the legacy of our beloved friend. In his honor, we aim to equitize sport industry front offices and diversify leadership positions in sport.

A Word From Our Founder
"Siempre Sports began as a simple way for me to use my networks and relationships in sport to create more fruitful opportunities for students who may otherwise not have opportunities to chase their dreams of careers in sport. As I sat at the nexus of sport and academics, I then began to work to bridge the gap between classrooms and board rooms to create opportunities for those who want more than just 'a foot in the door.' Our goal at Siempre Sports is not to get people's foot in the door, but rather for them to gain the skills, knowledge, and efficacy to get in the door and stay in the room. I firmly believe that the greatness of our students rests in their ability to continually adapt to the changing employment environment, and our platform is simply a place where that continued development is facilitated. To have a dream is not enough for us; we aim to be the platform that turns dreams into reality."
